1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

 

Welcome to the website of Aspirant Education Sansthan ("Aspirant Education", "AES", "we", "us" or "our"), available at www.aspiranteducation.org (the "Website").

By accessing, browsing or using this Website, including making a donation, registering as a volunteer or submitting any form, you ("User", "you" or "your") confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies published on the Website.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this Website.

2. About Aspirant Education

 

Aspirant Education Sansthan is a non-governmental, not-for-profit organisation registered as a society (Registration No. 243/Ajmer/2014-2015, dated 30th March 2015), with its headquarters in Ajmer, Rajasthan.

Since 2007, we have worked across India on four focus areas:

  • Skill development for underprivileged youth
  • Women empowerment, including our Nari Shakti programme
  • Tribal education
  • Food relief, including our Mission Zero Hunger programme

3. Definitions

 

  • "Website" means www.aspiranteducation.org and all its pages, content, forms and features.
  • "Content" means all text, images, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, reports, data and other material on the Website.
  • "Donation" means any voluntary contribution of money made to Aspirant Education through the Website.
  • "Payment Partner" means a third-party payment service provider that processes donations on our behalf, such as Razorpay, Donorbox or PayPal.
  • "Programmes" means the skill development, women empowerment, tribal education, food relief and related activities carried out by Aspirant Education.

4. Eligibility

 

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a donation or enter into any agreement through this Website.
  • If you are under 18, you may browse the Website, but you must have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian before submitting any personal information or making any donation.
  • By using this Website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

5. Use of This Website

 

5.1 General Information

The Content on this Website is provided for general information about our organisation, programmes, campaigns and impact. It may change at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Permitted Use

You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of the Website by, any other person.

5.3 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • use the Website in any way that violates any applicable Indian law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers, databases or any connected systems;
  • introduce viruses, malware or any harmful or disruptive code;
  • use bots, scrapers or automated tools to extract Content or data, unless we have given written permission;
  • overload, interfere with or disrupt the Website or its security features;
  • submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, including false identity, payment or donor details;
  • use the Website to harass, defame, threaten or discriminate against any person or group;
  • impersonate Aspirant Education, its staff, its volunteers or any other person;
  • use our name, logo or Content to solicit funds or mislead others in any way;
  • use the Website for any commercial purpose without our written consent.

5.4 Consequences of Misuse

Unauthorised or unlawful use of this Website may give rise to a claim for damages and may be a criminal offence. We may block access, remove submissions and report misuse to the relevant authorities.

6. Donations

 

6.1 Voluntary Nature

All donations made through this Website are voluntary contributions towards our charitable programmes. A donation does not create any ownership, membership, employment or commercial relationship with Aspirant Education, and does not entitle the donor to any goods, services or control over the programme.

6.2 Use of Funds

Donations are used for the charitable objectives of Aspirant Education, including skill development, women empowerment, tribal education and food relief. Where a donor selects a specific programme, we will make reasonable efforts to apply the funds to that programme. We reserve the right to redirect funds to a similar programme where a particular campaign is fully funded, cannot be carried out, or where the need elsewhere is more urgent. A portion of donations may be used for administrative and operational costs necessary to run our programmes.

6.3 Payment Processing and Security

Donations are processed securely by our Payment Partners. We do not store your card, net-banking or UPI credentials. Your payment details are handled by the Payment Partner under its own terms and privacy policy. We encourage you to read those terms before making a payment. We are not responsible for failures, delays or errors on the part of any Payment Partner, your bank or your card issuer.

6.4 Donation Amount and Currency

You may choose the amount of your donation, subject to any minimum amount displayed on the donation page. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Where a payment partner converts currency, the exchange rate and any conversion fees are determined by that partner or your bank.

6.5 Tax Benefits and Receipts

  • Aspirant Education holds registration under Sections 12A and 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Eligible donations may qualify for a deduction, as applicable and subject to the provisions of the Act, the donor's tax status and the validity of our registration at the time of the donation.
  • To receive an 80G receipt, you must provide accurate details, including your full name, address and PAN, along with your transaction details. Please write to us at Hello@aspiranteducation.org if you do not receive your receipt within [X] working days of the donation.
  • We recommend that you consult a qualified tax professional about your own eligibility for tax benefits. Aspirant Education does not provide tax advice.
  • Cash donations and donations above the limits prescribed by law may not qualify for a deduction.

6.6 Refunds and Cancellations

  • Donations are generally non-refundable, because they are voluntary contributions used for charitable work.
  • If you made a donation by mistake, such as a duplicate payment, an incorrect amount or an unauthorised transaction, please write to Hello@aspiranteducation.org within [7] days of the transaction with your payment details and the reason. We will review each request and, where it is genuine, process a refund through the original payment method. Refunds typically take [7 to 10] working days to appear, depending on your bank and the Payment Partner.
  • If a payment is debited from your account but the donation does not appear to have gone through, the amount is usually returned automatically by your bank or Payment Partner within the period they specify. Please contact us if it is not.

6.7 Recurring Donations 

If you choose to donate on a recurring basis, you authorise the Payment Partner to charge the selected amount at the chosen interval until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by contacting us or the Payment Partner. Cancellation applies to future payments only.

6.8 Foreign Contributions

6.9 Prohibited Donations

We reserve the right to decline or return any donation where we have reason to believe that it comes from an unlawful source, breaches any law or regulation, is made with false information, or may harm the reputation or objectives of Aspirant Education.

6.10 CSR Contributions

Companies wishing to contribute under their Corporate Social Responsibility obligations should contact us directly at Hello@aspiranteducation.org. CSR contributions are governed by a separate written agreement or MoU between Aspirant Education and the contributing company.

7. Volunteer Registrations, Enquiries and Forms

 

  • Information you submit through our volunteer, contact, enquiry, partnership or other forms must be accurate and complete.
  • Submitting a volunteer form does not guarantee a volunteering opportunity, and does not create an employment, agency or any other legal relationship with Aspirant Education.
  • Volunteers are expected to follow our code of conduct, safeguarding and child-protection rules, and the instructions of our staff.
  • We reserve the right to accept, reject or end any volunteer association at our discretion, particularly where the safety or dignity of beneficiaries is concerned.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

 

  • We collect and use personal information, such as your name, contact details, address, PAN and donation details, only for purposes such as processing donations, issuing receipts, communicating with you, managing volunteers and meeting legal and audit obligations.
  • We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as applicable.
  • We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with Payment Partners, service providers and authorities only where necessary to provide our services or where required by law.
  • Communications: By providing your contact details, you agree that we may contact you about your donation, receipts and our programmes by email, phone, SMS or WhatsApp. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by writing to us.
  • Cookies: This Website may use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience and understand how the Website is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

9. Photographs, Beneficiary Stories and User Submissions

 

  • Photographs and stories of beneficiaries on this Website are used with consent and with respect for their dignity and privacy. In some cases, names or identifying details are changed or withheld.
  • If you believe any image or story on this Website has been used incorrectly, please contact us immediately, and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it.
